Have you noticed a flock of ant behavior? The lives of a group of interrelated and cooperate with one another. There are a number of ants that served as the cutter leaves, other ants carry leaves to the nest, and then there is a team of soldiers to defend from attack predatory ants. There is a small ant teams up the leaves to protect against parasites. There is a queen ant lay eggs and there are workers who serve the queen and her baby. Try to do a survey to the general public about what is human resources. Most will say that human resources is part of the recruitment. Some will say that human resources is the part that pays the salary. Two things this is a very well known by most people about human resources. Small firms or family firms mostly have only human resource personnel who only deal with recruitment and payroll. No wonder that the existing human resources was not coined the significant progress and development. When I attended a training of human resources where the participants came from various companies I met a manager of medium-sized enterprises. We talked, and told how he fills his crew work time by giving the task to translate articles from English into Indonesian. Then he assigned his men also to create a bulletin board because of recruitment activities for a while does not take place because the “turn over” is very low. At that frankly I thought, why he fills his team with activities translate the article and make a bulletin board on the grounds of recruitment activities are not held?
